Zalepil dziure i pomalowal ten fragment sciany, ale zrobil to tak, ze jest plama i trzeba bedzie malowac cala sciane od nowa. Gdy zwrocilam mu uwage, ze zle naprawil szkode, zaczal sie wygrazac, ze moze zrobic mi wiecej szkod. Co moge zrobic z takim sasiadem? Czy moge zadac jakiegos odszkodowania?
