Asiasia Posted September 7, 2013 Share Posted September 7, 2013 Witam, w dniu wczorajszym miałam wypadek został mi zrobiony RTG oraz TK.Natomiast nie mam wypisu ze szpitala, czy przedstawienie RTG i TK wystarczy do uzyskania ubezpieczenia? Stwierdzono u mnie naderwanie mięśni i ścięgien szyjnych. Mam założony kołnierz i przepisane leki. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
