boski13 Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 mam pytanie ? kiedy wracałem z balu 6 klasisty !podszedł do mnie jeden chłopapak i udezył mnie pieścią w nos miałem złamanie z przesunienciem kości nosowej teraz czekam na sprawe !ten chłopak ma 16 lat a ja mam 13 .czy na sprawie moge domagać sie o odszkodowanie od niego ?i co mu grozi? Sady sa przeciazone.. ja na moja rozprawe czekalam prawie rok czasu ;/ najlepiej spr cywilna zalozyc po wyroku karnym bo to wiele ulatwi.. szybciej spr zostanie zalatwiona jesli bedziecie mieli wyrok krarny sprawcy "w rece" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
