fighter7 Posted June 7, 2014 Share Posted June 7, 2014 WitamMiałem wypadek autokarowy podczas wycieczki szkolnej i ubiegalem sie o odszkodowanie z ubezpieczenia szkolnego. Niestety przysłali oni odmowę wypłaty świadczeń. Moje obrażenia to były:1.kawałek szkła w oku(wyjęto mi je i jest już wszystko ok)2.Naciągnięcie mięśni karku i szyji3. Stłuczone lewe kolano, potłuczenia ogólne Czy mogę w takiej sytuacji jakoś się odwołać i żądać jakiegokolwiek odszkodowania? Jeżeli chodzi o odszkodowanie z OC i wycieczki to to mam załatwione także prosze nie reklamować swoich firm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
